Damon Musha is the founder of Vin Go Partners. Damon has been in the wine industry for over 25 years. During his time in the wine industry, Damon has led the marketing efforts for numerous highly successful brands in the USA, including La Crema, Korbel, Black Box, Franzia, Chandon, and Robert Mondavi, as well as private label brands developed in collaboration with retailers such as Trader Joe's and BevMo. He has held senior Marketing and Business Development roles at Kendall-Jackson, Brown Forman, Constellation, the Wine Group, Moet-Hennessy and Delicato.
For the last eight years, Damon has developed and led Wine Australia’s successful USA Market Entry program. Throughout his time at Wine Australia, Damon has connected over 120 wineries to achieve a positive market outcome, partnering them with importers, direct-to-retail and broker networks. Breaking down the complexities of the US market, the Wine Australia Market Entry Program has generated over $10 million in new orders for the Australian category in the USA. Damon has worked from small family-owned estates to some of the globe's largest brands, and understands the aspirations and challenges brands face in the market.
Originally from the suburbs of Dallas, TX, Damon received his undergraduate degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, and his MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA. Having lived overseas in both France and Australia instilled in him a passion for wine, as well as a desire to help international drinks companies that need market guidance and representation. He's blessed to reside on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula of California, where he gets to fine-tune his passions for hiking, biking, cooking, wine, and watching the sun set over Monterey Bay with his wife and daughter.
